Overview
Memraball is a UK‑based dropshipping store. We aim to process orders quickly and deliver within the timeframes below. We also offer a clear 30‑day returns window. This page sets out how shipping, delivery, and returns work.
Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, UK bank holidays excluded).
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking will be provided where available.
Delivery Timeframes
• United Kingdom: typically 7–14 business days from dispatch.
• International: typically 7–20 business days from dispatch.Overall delivery may take up to two weeks depending on destination, courier capacity, and customs processing.
Carriers & Tracking
• We use reputable carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, UPS). The specific carrier depends on destination and item.
• Tracking links (where available) are included in your dispatch email and may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Shipping Delays
• Events outside our control (customs, adverse weather, strikes, peak season backlogs) can impact delivery. We’ll assist with courier enquiries but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
International Duties & Taxes
• For deliveries outside the UK, local import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT), and handling fees may apply. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by Memraball at checkout.
Address Accuracy
• Please ensure your delivery address (including flat/unit number) is complete and accurate. We cannot amend addresses after dispatch and are not responsible for non‑delivery due to incorrect details.
Risk, Loss & Damage
• Risk passes on delivery to the address you supplied.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel: check safe places and with neighbours/building management, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If still unresolved, contact us via the website form.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the product, and contact us promptly via the website form so we can help.
Returns — 30‑Day Window
• You may request a return within 30 days of purchase (or receipt, where applicable). After 30 days, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change‑of‑mind. This does not affect your statutory rights (e.g., for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
• Eligibility: items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, cables, and accessories.
• Non‑returnable (except if faulty): perishable goods; intimate/hygiene items once opened; personalised/made‑to‑order goods; digital downloads; gift cards.
• Proof of purchase required (order number/confirmation).
How to Start a Return
• Use the website contact form to request return authorisation. We will confirm the correct returns address and any next steps. Do not return items to the manufacturer unless instructed.
• For change‑of‑mind returns you are responsible for return postage. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
Refunds & Exchanges
• Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (your bank/card issuer may take longer to post funds).
• The quickest way to exchange is to return for a refund and place a new order. If the issue is a confirmed fault, we will replace like‑for‑like subject to availability at no extra shipping cost.
Statutory Rights
• Nothing on this page limits your legal rights. For most online purchases you also have a 14‑day cooling‑off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us via the website form and we will arrange the appropriate remedy in line with UK consumer law.
